WICHY Coconut Yellow Curry Milk is a natural, dairy-free milk produced from Sri Lankan coconut milk and traditional mixes of Sri Lankan herbs and spices. Creamy and sweet, this vegan tonic is prepared according to an ancient Ayurvedic recipe.
USES
It can be used in the preparation of curries, gravies or in any dish as a substitute for dairy milk. Delectable, nourishing and cooling on the stomach, it also makes a refreshing beverage on its own. Coconut milk has a natural tendency for slight phase separation and solidification at temperatures below 20°C . Shake well prior to use.
