WICHY Coconut Green Curry Milk is a natural ,dairy-free milk produced from Sri Lankan coconut milk and traditional mixes of Sri Lankan spices. The perfect balance of heat and aroma, this ready-to-eat blend is packed with spices and herbs.
USES
lts well-balanced profile of flavour is ideal for vegan curries such as green beans, broccoli, carrot, ladies finger, cashew and the Sri Lankan favourite – mixed vegetables. The authentic Sri Lankan mix also pairs well with seafood. If you like it extra fiery, feel free to add chopped or sliced green chillies or green chilli paste. Coconut milk has a natural tendency for slight phase separation and solidification at temperatures below 20°C. Shake well prior to use.
