WICHY Red Curry Coconut Milk is a natural, dairy free milk produced from Sri Lankan coconut milk flavoured with ground red chillies, ginger, pepper and turmeric. This ruby coloured, ready-to-eat blend bursts with all the authentic flavour of the classic Sri Lankan red curry. Ideal for fish, poultry, meat, vegetables and len tils.
USES
Only mildly spicy, it is guaranteed to make your tastebuds sing. Best paired with rice, noodles, or flatbreads. Coconut milk has a natural tendency for slight phase separation and solidification at temperatures below 20°C . Shake well prior to use.
