WICHY Coconut Flour Bread Mix gives you delicious bread that is low in carbohydrate, high in protein and fibre, and free of gluten or nuts, making it a healthy alternative to grain based breads. It also takes minimal time to prepare.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
WICHY Coconut Flour Bread Mix | 250g |
WICHY Organic Virgin Coconut Oil | 190ml |
Eggs | 14 |
Water | 95ml |
Put WICHY Coconut Flour Bread Mix into a mixing bowl. Add eggs, WICHY Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, water, and mix as given below.
Slow speed ( I minute )
High speed ( 5 minutes )
Pour the mixture into a loaf tray and bake at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes.
