METHOD OF PREPARATION

Put WICHY Coconut Flour Tortilla Mix in a large mixing bowl and add water, mixing until the dough comes together. Knead the dough for several minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a small ball between the palms of your hands. Roll each dough ball on a well-floured work surface or parchment paper using a well-floured rolling pin until a thin tortilla is achieved.
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place a tortilla in the skillet and cook until the bottom side is bubbly and golden brown. Flip and cook the other side until it’s the same. Put your tortillas in a tortilla warmer or cover with a clean towel.
