PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
WICHY Vanilla Flavoured Coconut Muffin Mix is rich in
protein and are fibre and lead to moist and fluffy muffins
in vanilla flavour, in very little preparation time.
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Wichy vanilla flavoured coconut flour muffin mix | 250g |
Eggs | 07 |
Wichy virgin coconut oil | 160g |
Water | 100ml |
Put all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix as shown below;
Slow speed ( 01 minute )
High speed ( 05 minutes )
Pour the mixture into the muffin cups and bake at 190C for about 30 – 35 minutes. (Baking time & temperature will depend on the size of the muffins)
