METHOD OF PREPARATION
Wichy chocolate flavoured coconut flour muffin mix | 250g |
Eggs | 07 |
Wichy virgin coconut oil | 160 g |
Water | 100ml |
Put all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix as shown below;
Slow speed (01 minute)
High speed (05 minutes)
Pour the mixture into the muffin cups and bake at 190C for about 30 – 35 minutes. (Baking time & temperature will depend on the size of the muffins)
