PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Organic Coconut Whipping Cream is a Vegan and Dairy-free replacement for the dairy Whipping Cream used
in desserts. Ideal for topping or desserts such as Dairy-free
Ice Cream, Brownies, Milkshakes and Fresh fruits.
USES
Refrigerate (4° – 6°C) overnight or freeze the product for 3 hours. Scoop the Coconut Whipping Cream of the can
in to a bowl. Using an electric mixer, whip till cream
forms. As with pure Coconut Cream, it is natural for
separation to occur. Use entire contents of the can
without discarding the water

STORAGE
Store at ambient temperature (25 ± 5 °C). Below 20°C (68°F) product starts solidifying. After opening,
keep refrigerated in a tightly covered container.
SHELF LIFE
2 years at ambient condition. After opening,
keep refrigerated in a tightly covered container
and consume within 3 days.
