PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
WICHY Organic Coconut Syrup is processed under strict hygienic conditions, using sap extracted from the inflorescence of the coconut palm and boiled to a syrup. It is 100% natural and does not contain any additives such as preservatives, stabilisers, emulsifiers, artificial flavours and colourings.
USES
Coconut syrup is rich in vitamins, minerals and amino acids. According to several glycaemic index analyses from research institutes in the Philippines, USA and Japan, coconut syrup has a low glycaemic index (35 – 40). Therefore coconut syrup is beneficial for diabetics and non-diabetics as well.
It is a superb substitute for sugar in baking, enhances beverages and makes for a luscious topping on ice cream, yogurt, waffles, pancakes and oats.
