WICHY Organic Coconut Vinegar is prepared by alcoholic fermentation and acetous fermentation processes using organic coconut water.
Use as a natural preservative for pickling of vegetables and fruits, for tenderizing hard meat in cooking or to mix with salads. It can also be used to prepare shrub drinks.
