PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Young Sri Lankan jackfruit is harvested at the right time, de-seeded and soaked in brine. WICHY Tender Jack in Brine can be used in curries or for preparing jackfruit chilli, pulled jackfruit and jackfruit barbecue. It also makes a great filling for wraps and tacos.

Delicious and healthy, young jackfruit is a great vegan substitute for meat, perfectly mimicking its texture
