WICHY Organic Red Curry Coconut Milk is a 100% natural, dairy free milk produced from organic Sri Lankan coconut milk flavoured with ground red chillies, ginger, pepper and turmeric. This ruby coloured, ready-to-eat blend bursts with all the authentic flavour of the classic Sri Lankan red curry. Ideal for fish, poultry, meat, vegetables and lentils.
USES
Only mildly spicy, it is guaranteed to make your tastebuds sing. Best paired with rice, noodles, or flatbreads.
Coconut milk tends to solidify under low temperatures so shake well before use.
