PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
WICHY Organic Coconut Flour is made using solid material left after extraction of oil from the dried mature coconut meat. It is a soft, nourishing flour, free of gluten and high in protein and fibre.
USES
It’s a wholesome and healthy alternative to wheat and grain flours, great for preparing bakery and confectionary products such as bread, muffins, cakes and cookies. It can also be added to soups, gravies, sauces, smoothies and shakes and makes a delicious coating for frying.
